doinf this for a week bc i have got a tiny waist but i’ve got some stomach fat (im also gonna be adding more veggies to my diet)
day 1: ✅ did this twice today (once in the afternoob and once in the evening) there was a sharp pain in my lower abs and hips
day 2:✅ my hips and my back was hurting so much ehen i woke up. i did this once after i ate and my torso hurts like hell

it is short, but surprisingly im sweating a lot!
Been doing this for 2weeks didnt notice much of a difference. I think my tummy/waist did look a little smaller because it really gets the bowel moving = helps to relieve constipation = getting rid of the tummy temporarily. But i stopped for only 2 days and my tummy still looked exactly like before 😢

I was skeptical about this and did it and my stomach was sore the day after so I can confirm it’s valid
ОтветитьI've now done this 4 days in a row, and while there are obviously squats and mild lunges, I was not prepared for how sore my butt would get. 😅

I just deleted all the fitness workout apps in my phone mainly cause most of them required subscription (which i cant afford) and most if the exercises either made me make noise or required me lying down which is impossible due to my work hours. With this one , i cab do it even at work place at early in tge morning without waking others up. Am at 62kg and hope I will be consistent enough to update myself
