How to Get Your Podcast on Spotify & Apple Podcasts

Doesn't RSS require me to pay money for their services though? I know it's free right away, but won't it start charging me if I upload over a certain amount of episodes,
or a certain amount of time etc? I already have my podcast on Spotify via the Spotify for Podcasters app/service but I want it to also be on Apple Podcasts and a few
others such as IHEARTRADIO and that's why I'm here. I'm not sure if I can do that via the Spotify for Podcasters app, or if there's another way I have to go about doing
this? Please help
