Sweet to see Addie and xc training!! 😁 and you and Nala of course but you played a very central role at Badminton, ohh I cried and cried especially seeing the end shot of a wonderful Em T moment 🥰 You should call Lucy and ask how Justine trained her to ride with her hands "as low as possible", it worked wonders with Ember! Addie is not Ember but it may help with suppleness in some instances?? 🤔😝 My fav part was watching her navigate 🥰 very, very nice ❤️❤️

Awww I loved your mum’s filming! Maybe not as glamorous as others but she at least managed to get both you and Addie in the screen (more than I can say for my dad who takes lovely videos of his shoes and bugger all of me riding 😂)

At my fittest I could run 4.14 a k but to be fair I had the dog around my waist it was in a hilly ass field to 😂
