You should contact CITY OF CERES, CA. One year we had so many flies that if you opened the door for a few minutes you would have 40 flies. The stores couldn't keep fly spray as they were slwatz out. I believe tge Xity of Ceres did something because the next year, we had very little flies, and it continues thus summer. No FLIES

And I know who is responsible it is the Pleasanton fairgrounds went to a toy show about a month ago same problem where they have their dumpsters in the back flies laid massive amount of eggs.. so the Alameda Fairgrounds are responsible for all this infested of flies
