there was a place in ottawa that took like 30 years for a company to finally tear it down cuz most backed out of the contract out of fear it was a house called puzzle 21 it was between 71 and 72 parent street right on the corner apperently people were murdered in the basement but i couldnt find any info online but it was a place my mom brought me to show me (we were both huge fans of horror and ghosts and stuff) i went up to the front door and put my hand on it and i felt knocking from the other side (even though it was boarded up and no-one could get in) and ever since ive felt like ive been being followed

I live in the UK, i live about a 15 minute drive from that house in Enfield, my dad when he was younger lived in the street behind where all that stuff happened, he has told me on many occasions that kids used to not cycle past the house and everyone made efforts to avoid walking by it.

If nothing grows in the oval patch of forest and people are hallucinating there's probably a real world tangible explanation, there could be a cavern underneath with pockets of gas seeping up through the ground, a lot of gasses are undetectable by taste and smell and those people may just be breathing them in.

I wonder if the Hoab Bashu Forest was the inspiration for the Forest of Silence in the Castlevania games.
