I’m 110 and I’m 5’6. I wanna be at least 120 but closer to 130, I had a four organ transplant of the stomach intestines and pancreas, so I have a hard time being able to eat enough and struggle so thanks for this video

For a year, I've been eating over 3000 calories a day, but I haven't gained a pound since.
I start the day with 140g of granola with yoghurt and either a banana or fruit smoothie.
I also make a gainer shake with milk (1200 cal) which I consume over the whole day.
I usually eat pasta&beef or rice&chicken based dinner, and as a snack about 80g of unsalted nuts.
My food calculator app always hangs around 3200 cals a day, but I haven't gained anything 😢
Any tips on what I could do??

Ответитьi’m 5’6 and 107 lbs. i used to weigh 138 and when i tried to lose weight, i lost way more than i wanted. now i don’t have much of an appetite and eating a lot makes me want to throw up. i wish this was easier😭

ОтветитьI’m 52kg very skinny, My parents aren’t really financially stable so we don’t have a whole lot of food on the table. Mostly Probably having 1-2 meals throughout the day. I have lost 5 kg not much but that was me last year. I’m hoping you could help me find food that’s not costly so I don’t affect my family position of course I’m trying to find a job too!

I’m 96lbs and 5’2 i always struggle to eat breakfast every morning, I tried ensures and protein powder drinks and that messed up my stomach and on top of that I’m a picky eater 🤦🏾♂️ when I do eat I eat a lot during the day and my food burns fast plus I’m a active person so I burn fat easily hopefully this video works🥲

I'm 5'11 130 lbs, im pretty active because I'm a steel mill electrician that is on a swing shift, 48-55 hours a week on average, 4 days on 3 off, 4 days on 1 off. I don't know if my eating habits are messing with me when I switch but I cannot get the science down, people say eat more but I feel like I can't get a whole meal down without forcing. I'm also lactose intolerant and Def cannot tolerate it lol. Is it what I'm eating? Do I need to stay on a day eating schedule? I'm just tired of trying without results.

ОтветитьI'm a 22 year old 6 feet at 120 pounds. I've been strugling with eating ever since I got my IBS diagnose. Some periods I have no trouble eating and some periods for example now I have a hard time to feel the need to eat. I'm never really hungry and feel very full after barely eating much. How can I go about this cause I'm feeling more and more exhausted for each week that passes
ОтветитьBut personally I feel like I would be literally eating all day (especially that im slow in eating) sometimes I dont even have the time to prepare rich in calories meals as a college student and worker
And even when I do, I don’t gain weight, I’ve tried avocados rice pasta eggs and many things but nothing worked I eat more than my sister and she weighs a lot more than me its really a struggle to gain 1kg
So this is not for people that are pre diabetic or diabetic. A lot of starch item’s mentioned and other types of sweets

Ответить400 ml whole milk - 200 calories (skim milk etc will give less calories)
34 gram natural peanut butter - 200 calories
100gram natural fine oats - 400 calories
2 scoops protein powder (ideally your lifting weights as well) - 200 calories
Total calories = 1000 calories (can drink in two halves throughout the day)
Put in a blender/ nutribullet
im trying so hard to stay in my healthy weight, im 5 or 4 kg less, i always struggle with sit on the table and eat, just because im full to fast and i dont want to keep eating, is like a nausea feeling. then i go hungry again two hours later, i need small meals many times. i wan a strong bodyy and feeling secure and confident with my own skin.
