ОтветитьStart by just cutting refined sugar. Then stop buying anything with numbers as ingredients, or ingredients made in a lab. Then switch veggies for fruits (anything with seeds is fruit). Then increase meat. Finally completely cut out vegetable oils, seed oils, and veggie byproducts. No soy, no garbage that smokes in a skillet.

Absolutely wrong... PUFA is much better than saturated fats. The reason fast foods or ultra processed foods are bad is because they have too much fat, and are especially high in saturated fats.
If you aim for the same total amount of protein, chicken (breast) is the way to go, with turkey and tuna being great choices too and may even be preferable depending on availability.
Beef is just too fatty, and in saturated fats that too; unless you are maximising for taste, it shouldn't be anyone's choice for protein or good quality fat.
A well cooked steak is always better than chicken.
