That’s the tiniest chainsaw I’ve seen other than battery powered.

Not as smart as you think. May be to shot the Stump. Take your Chainsaw whith an old Chain and cut the horizontal roots and buy some Mushrooms.

Year ago I lived on a farm. We had a dead Oak tree stump in the side yard. With three cars and a tractor in the family we had lots of used motor oil, so we began dumping it on the stump. This went on for a couple of years, then we set it on fire. The oil soaked into the stump and roots and kept the water away from the roots. It burned for three days. There was only some ash left on day three. We filled in the hole with dirt and planted grass on it.

City I live in fined me $250 for letting my weeds get above 4". I think they'd arrest me if I tried to burn a stump.

Barrel will help. Think chimney fire. Air in the bottom, and fire will be hotter (reduced smoke). It's like the "Smokeless Fire Pit" chimneys.

I went to a battery operated chainsaw by Makita and love it. We had stumps at our lake cabin so last summer I did about the same thing just kept adding wood like a campfire and eventually the stump was below ground level. That was a very satisfying project.

It's easier to get forgiveness than permission, and most times it's cheaper too.

That's about the only thing I'd ever use "vegetable oil" for. Please never consume that poisonous shit.

Great content. Using a portable fan on the fire was a great idea plus drilling holes into the roots as well.

Put a 50 gallon metal barrel over top of it drill out a bunch of holes all over. Then fill it full of burn ables. Works great. 2 day stump is gone

You really have to be an idiot, if you fail to check for the need of an open fire burning permit and the restrictions for an open fire burn. Check with the local fire department before you try to burn an old tree stump in the ground.

The fire department came over because you guys were being a nuisance to the neighborhood by burning the stump. STOP burning stumps and get a stump grinder. Nobody in the neighborhood wants that toxic smoke coming over to their property.

I like how you added the sound effects of crackling wood over the speed up footage instead of the really annoying 'Alvin and the Chipmunks' sounds that are produced by playing the real audio from the footage. Nice touch, very professional.
