you can't beat him without a solid game plan 🥱🤘. Should've clipped the lead leg his problem was he copied everything Alex was already working on fixing, he has solid takedown defense now, and you can only overload his body with response stimulus if he actually considers your weapons a threat. He wasn't prepared. This guy allowed alex to get comfortable with his timing ⏱️, he just wasn't the kind of caliber alex Should be fighting all he did was fight like a defeated opponent, for anyone like Alex you need to dismantle the weapons and attempt to clip his mobility, while maintaining solid defense if you can't do that, you already lost just exercising wont prepare you for that.
