How to make the /h/ sound - English Pronunciation with Uncle Geoff

Hot, Help, Harry, Hill, Hold...these words (and many more) start with the /h/ sound.

Speakers of some languages (French and Italian in particular) find the /h/ sound quite difficult to pronounce. These speakers often leave the sound out when speaking English, which can sometimes lead to confusion. Instead of saying, "I hate your dog", the speaker says, "I ate your dog".
