I would like to ask a simple question. What causes weather changes? THUNDER STORMS, HURRICANES ETC. CME (from our sun) is the largest cause of ozone destruction. Hurricanes also create ozone. A solar storm also causes hurricanes. So if our magnetic field is changing as our magnetic POLES are shifting around. If we get a solar storm during one of these lows, wouldn't that account for a up take in severe weather? My take is our climate has always been changing. Look up the Oklahoma's dust bowl in the 1930. How is it that Antartica is seen on ancient mamps showing a large green lush Island below Africa? Why was Greenland named Greenland? Maybe at one time in our past it may have been. Not like the frozen land that it is today. How is it that a volcano in the south Pacific raised our co2 and co by a whole percent. Man is polluting our planet not making it warmer or colder. Excellent interview and excellent responses from Professor Ridd! Here's my main question: Who are the people essentially responsible for pushing climate change alarmism? I'm sure among them are politicians, officials and members of various organizations who claim they represent the well being of humans and the planet, and scientists who actually believe that humans by burning fossil fuels are causing global warming. Who are these people exactly? And do they have so much power that they unduly influence their constituents, their membership, and their fellows who depend on funding by agreeing with the narrative, and who also fear losing funding and positions by not agreeing with the narrative? I think we need to name names so when the day comes their fraud is exposed, they will be fired, fined, and even ostracized.

Could the floods in QLD circa 2016 that flowed into the ocean been one of the driving factors of the bleaching of the coral reef as the salinity levels would have dropped by a few percent for a short period of time.

Finally, one smart guy that talks about the coral reefs and their health worldwide as being better than ever in many years. This is indicative of a healthy ecosystem for coral around the world. Could NOT be that way if the temps and violence of choppy surf/storms that have not damaged nearly as much in the past. So, good news all around!!!!

I'm far more worried about inflation and overtaxation than I am about climate change, yes the Amazon rainforest should be replanted and it's not a bad idea to fill 1% of the Nevada desert and Sahara desert with solar panels; but trillions in annual deficits adding to the national debt at high interest rates currently are far less sustainable. Also, nuclear is green; all the uranium in the world would fit in a single mine once spent and that fuel would last over 1000 years if powering the entire planet.

I'm a coral farmer (over 100 varieties) who aquacultures them. The bs that coral are in danger has recently been used as an excuse to ban coral imports for the reefing hobby even though the fraction harvested from the wild that is even of interest is less than 1/100th of 1 percent. What this man says is completely true, from the zoozanthelle expulsion, to the adaptation of the organism.
