idk what everyone is talking about with new SoD players going from 1-60 and expecting to get a Balnazzar kill. I had to revamp my whole raid team for SE and we aren't bringing in carries or low gears PUGs for the endgame raid. Are people expecting to just get in or you trying to pay your way in?

I gave it up halfway through Wrath.. Didn't feel like Classic anymore, they added too much new stuff and it gradually lost it's soul.

Goonrak on horde been grinding since coming back a few weeks ago to get into Scarlett finally got through nax HM 3 but that announcement of sod being over kinda seems to hit pugs hard this week so would love to get into that Scarlett raid 😅

I would recommend at 85 if you have gold, buy the cheapest BoEs you can afford just to get into the Hour of Twilight dungeons.

There are a bunch of 377 blue PvP items to fill in slots but you want to replace them asap with 378 Twilight epics. There are multiple epics from dungeon quests from each of the 3 Twilight dungeons.

From there, you can fill out almost every slot from running the regular heroic Twilights. The last boss always drops a LFR Dragon Soul item.

Keep in mind I’m talking about the 3 new Twilight dungeons, not the heroic+ dungeons. These dungeons drop a 378 piece off every boss unlike Protocol dungeons.

If you don’t have heirlooms, I would highly recommend playing a tank or healer spec if your class has one.

RDF wait times for dps are only a few minutes during the JJ buff because it’s cross-realm but having instant queues with 50% damage increase will significantly speed things up.

I feel like Blizzard should have made the free boost for a CALDORAN kill. It would’ve helped keep SOD alive and even boosted its population until MOP releases. Instead it’s gonna be a bunch of lvl 30s getting carried by geared 60s. And also they’re gonna sneak into real PUGS and leave after balnazzar is dead, screwing up raids and lockouts for people. Huge L decision on blizzards part.

Heres the question, is it faster to level from 1-60 and do the first boss in sod to get the free boost? or just level 1-85 in cata? Debating on which I should do
