Holy shit, I forgot how amazing Flash vs R-Flash last fight during Earth-X Crossover was. THAT is how you do a speedster fight. To the Tee.
Not fucking lightsaber duel or whatever the hell they did during Season 7-9

wow, Barry! finally using his brain. He suddenly realized after he came out of the speedforce that he can relocate people, use power damping cuffs and can beat most villains in matter of seconds. Because let's be honest, super speed is overpowered.
It's just sad that the show generally is flawed with so many inconsistencies, season 4 was a lot better in terms of Barry as a main protagonist, at least in his use of his powers.

Seeing Barry using the damping cuffs like he should was a revelation. Honestly, season 4 started off strong with the power cap of the flash.
