Great workout, but a tip that I think us beginners could gain from..during your 18 second break, you should demonstrate the next upcoming exercise, and a total workout countdown counter on the bottom of the screen always helps psychologically
ОтветитьLiked this alot, all the abs killed me but im out of condition. Would be awesme to see some hard workouts same length but more targeted (eg upper body, or arms or legs) also would like some hard routines that involve one weight (most people have one weight lying around. I've lost condition lately and really needed this to get me motivated again. cheers.

ОтветитьAlmost fainted after this workout Any Tips? I ate protein pancakes, with coffee and drank half a water bottle. This was like 1 hrs before the workout. I rushed to the kitchen and downed an orange and an apple.
