How many lies and half truths will you speak? Govt used to get ₹363 per case which was reduced to ₹30 and the profit margin increased to retailers which were actually big manufacturers. A part of this profit went to AAP as kickback. License fee was increased from 5 lacs to 5 crores thereby eliminating small time retailers. Drinking age was reduced from 25 to 21 years. Outlets were doubled to nearby schools and colleges.Home delivery was initiated thereby making it easy for underage also to drink. Delhi was being pushed to drinking capital.

2. You did not tell whether LGs approval was taken ?
3. You did not tell why CM did not sign the policy ?

Delhi Liquor Policy had surely created ripples across India with consumers demanding to know why the need to pay higher prices in their own states when it's cheaper in Delhi. This must have put the other States & UT in an uncomfortable position. The solution is; Liquor should also be included in GST.

After GST, there are only 2 options that state government can get money for election funding, etc. Fuel and liquor.

Every state govt makes money by some or the other corrupt practices. Even BJP run states also do so. A good example is Karnataka. BJP govt is the most corrupt in the history of Karnataka. The difference is AAP used it for election funding and BJP leaders use it for their personal growth.

The only credible leader who can challenge Modi is Kejriwal and BJP knows that.
