My top stock picks for Diwali 2024 !

I'd retiring or working less in 8 years, and considering this financial recession, Im deciding to begin taking up skilled trades. I'm curious to know best how people split their pay, how much of it goes into savings, spendings or investments, I earn around $120K per year but nothing to show for it yet.

I invest in few of these but my portfolio is still down by approximately 20% and there's no hope in sight. Buying is not even an option. Any recommendations on how to scale up my returns before selling off to draw even will be highly appreciated as I am losing my mind given that my retirement draws nearer.

Biggest lesson i learnt in 2023 in the stock market is that nobody knows what is going to happen next, so practice some humility and follow a strategy with a long term edge.

Coming out of facing alot, I knew two things about the stock market: It caused the Great Depression, and the fastest way to make a million on the markets was to start with two million. And then the Great Recession happened only a few years later. So yeah, I wish someone had better explained it to me earlier in life. Having a good entry and exit strategy will make you succeed in the stock market.

Please understand, tata motors is all about JLR . This is where 70% of the business comes. If they do well here it hardly matters how its doing in indian PV market which is just 15% of its revenue. Bottom line buy TM only & only if you see JLR doing else even if they do well in PV in india, it will hardly matter. This 70% will drag all down.
