He'd be better to buy into the business at 10% then further down the track make a private offer for more equity.
If all this guy cared about the whole time was equity then nobody would have a hope getting double what the other investors are offering & what he's asking for & if the guy doesn't just focus on equity & also recognises Peter's contacts, etc. he could also look at the contacts, etc. that the other investors have.
There's too much pressure in that situation.

I think that if the education system revamped their entire structure of schooling to be fun it would have such a massive impact. It has always been my experience that fun is the best motivator and teacher.
