Amazing! I will make this tonight.
ОтветитьBrilliant, I’ll make it on Wednesday or an identical pizza
ОтветитьThis seems mainly for bulking but I can't complain
ОтветитьWhere do you buy less fat mozzarella?
ОтветитьDoes it have to be low fat Greek yogurt or can I use non-fat
ОтветитьThanks bto
ОтветитьPOST MORE PLSSS
Ответитьcan you eat like this everyday or only has cheat meals
ОтветитьMy dough is way too sticky despite using same ingredients, so it never spreads out and just sticks to the board or hands!! Any ideas ?
Ответитьso just so you know, this contains 75 percent of your daily fat intake making it vertv unhealthy,,to nake it health, you have to use health sauce for a start, healthy cheese,,which this isnt and ve mindful if what you're topping it with too . aswel as bthe dough,, wholemeal is the healthiest ,no white flour stop spreading lies
ОтветитьSooogoooood
ОтветитьBest cookbook ❤
ОтветитьYou gotta put way more flour than what’s suggested here. Or else you’ll get sticky dough
ОтветитьThese macros don't actually add up, the actual macros are around 900 cals, 68 grams of protein
ОтветитьDId you find this in macro friendly cooking copybook
ОтветитьThe fuck is "macro friendly"?
ОтветитьDidn't know macros can be unfriendly. Did they bully you or what happened?
ОтветитьI just eat a 2000+ cal dominos and don't worry about it
ОтветитьAwful dough recipe, the dough doesnt spread and it breaks. It is also very sticky no matter how much flour you add.
ОтветитьLost me at flour.
ОтветитьHow much does all this cost
ОтветитьI just tried the recipe and it doesn’t work, with 100 grams of flour and 120 grams of yoghurt u don’t get near this amount of dough with 160 flower and 140 yoghurt it is more reasonable.
ОтветитьIts the mothafuggin P-I double Z!...A
ОтветитьAlmost 900 calories for only 77g of protein is not very macro friendly at all.
ОтветитьI made the pizza in question, it’s now in the oven. You definitely need more yoghurt and flour. With the 100gr flour and 120gr yoghurt the dough was way too sticky, i added some more oil, yoghurt and flour and it worked out. The pizza will definitely be higher in calories because of this.
ОтветитьHow does this have 77 grams of protein?
ОтветитьI am making it let hope come out good
Ответитьwhat is this type of macro? I'm only aware of programming or gaming types
Ответитьthis is alot of calories
ОтветитьI make that all the time, it’s great, but pls use some baking powder and i bit of salt when making the dough, adds a lot to the pizza!
ОтветитьAlmost all store pizza sauces are awful. Try Mutti
ОтветитьDisgusting
ОтветитьMmm 😋👌

Made this tonight and OH MY GOD I was so impressed. As someone who works at a cookie store and has experience baking, I made a few changes. Here is my rough recipe for anyone who is curious:
Dough:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Optional but definitely makes it taste better:
- 1/2ish tsp: Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, garlic salt (I eyeballed it to taste)
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- Knead dough (I mixed it in the bowl until it formed a ball then transferred it to the counter) - just keep kneading with that amount of flour/yoghurt, the perfect dough will form after a bit)
- Spread into about 8” round with thicker crust area (I decided to put it on an iron skillet but sheet pan is totally fine too)
Toppings: (this part can obviously be customized)
- Spread thin layer of pesto
- half spoon of tomato paste and heaping spoonful of tomato sauce mixed and spread
-3/4 of a ball of mozzarella and a good amount of grated Parmesan
- I added some olives and they were pretty good but also pretty salty, definitely delicious with or without
At 350 degrees bake on the TOP rack of your oven (cheese will melt nicely and bottom won’t burn) until golden crust - I checked after ten minutes then five minutes intervals after (check the bottom with a spatula when you do this too, it should get golden as well)
note if when you’re checking the pizza you see a pool of liquid, it’s from the tomato sauce - just dab it with a paper towel until it’s mostly absorbed and it will be fine
- add fresh basil before eating (it will burn if you put it on before baking)
Not sure if anyone will use or even see this recipe, but thought I would share! I was delighted to find that just mixes flour and yogurt (which you honestly can’t even taste) and a few spices actually made a wonderful dough, so I highly recommend- it was quite easy!!
The ingredient amounts I listed made an 8” pizza (I measured) and was a perfect dinner for one person
Im going to make this week
ОтветитьLooks delicious
ОтветитьGo vegan for the animals 😢
ОтветитьLove your content man 👍
ОтветитьHow the hell do you obtain 77g of protein. I have calculated It and I dont obtain 77g.
Ответитьomg, im right working on making my own personal pizza but it looks so bad. It least i found this for next time.
great video, looks yummy
australian cups are different than US cups. i'm wondering if that is the issue for some of the reports this doesn't work?
ОтветитьTried this and man! I can eat pizza again 😭😭ty
ОтветитьThat's a ton of calories
