I am here because I saw a a shorts about a movie, where the protagonist used a claymore and a balistic shield or a riot shield to ram a guy in the face.

The movie was "Nobody".

How are legally able to own military grade explosives?

they mention bird shot, out of a shot gun. .125 dia is about a #5 shot for ducks, common. but out of a 12 ga its going 1200 feet per second. this claymore is propelling them at 3 times that speed. 3600 to 4000 fps. thats a lot of energy and destruction. wow. bad day for that dummy.

I think you need to look up the definition of mill-spec. It means build to an exacting standard. Not randomly adding more explosive or more pellets.

If the third dude had either an interceptor body armor vest or an IOTV vest with the collar and throat protector on i think he would have definitely survived, if they had the deltoid shoulder armor on too i think he would have absolutely survived hands down! Especially with a helmet and FR uniform, Hell the second guy probably would have survived with all that on...

Claymores are nasty stuff. Surprised they are still able to be used under the Geneva convention.

As person with no medical experience, I can conclude the first person may have died

claymores fire like 6 massive ball bearings mixed with 400 smaller ball bearings, if you get hit by a claymore it will just tear you right in half, they are not designed to maim, they can kill up to 50 metres away

I do a test like that the right way getting fully dressed saying T shirt, the, army fatigue shirt, flack jacket helmet. Then see what you come up with.

I'm an expert at setting up and handling claymore mines. I got my first real world experience with them in the 60's, in the Groznyj Grad fortress of Tselinoyarsk, Russia. In those days I was known simply as "Jack". After a failed mission where I was betrayed by my mentor and lover, I healed and re-entered the warzone in order to rescue a nuclear physicist that was being forced to work on a new, experimental mobile nuclear ballistic missile system. I won't bore you all with the details, but I experimented a lot with claymore mines during my missions over the years. They are most definitely effective at dispatching the enemy, however they are far from my weapon of choice. I've personally found stealth a much more viable approach to dealing with almost every situation.
