For the rejection : should the retracement be only one color of candle ( all yellow for bullish no bearish in a middle of the bullish rejection candle) ???? )

When you speak about rejection, are you referring to the last candle wick of the first leg? And for the second leg is it the big yellow candle? Which mean the rejection is about the retracement (it should be massive). Help. Thank you for the video🙏🙏

What timeframe is the best?

The key word is "aggressively" I'm not sure about forex but in equities trading you would want to see a volume signature at the first bottom as an extra confirmation.
