Nope. The over exaggerated deep breathing is creepy and too distracting. More wide awake than when I started this.

I don’t know how but his meditations really work, I know you might not believe am usually critical thinker but I assure you it does work, choose appropriate meditation and you will see yourself, after listening this particular one I passed my driving exam first time, I started listening his meditations 2 years ago and whenever I listen I knw positive changes coming
