ОтветитьMy only question for Jeff - lifting with a lot of these lifts you are changing the starting point of the resistance of the weigh annd adding resistance to the range of motion. Does that also effect chance of injuries? I've seen many guys use cable machines or ego lifting with those type of lifts past their ROM and injure their muscles

ОтветитьI’m glad Jeff mentioned smith machine squats, everyone always says how bad they are but I’ve seen a good few channels mention they can actually be good.
I’ve always struggled with squats and back squats I’ve got bad knees but I can smith machine squat quite comfortably and safety I’m glad it’s not as bad as most people say.
I must be in the minority... love Will, but can't stand Jeff.

ОтветитьA note I'd like to add about the "fake overload" on the Chest supported row: even if you're making exaggerated movements to get the weight up, you're still moving more weight with MOSTLY the same muscles. As long as the strength you gain translates to the exercise with good form, the gains you've made are certainly real
