Rick's Bio:

I am a professional in the areas of Information Technology and Systems as well as Learning and Development. Passion and excitement for what I do coupled with a deep sense of Customer Service drives me to this day.

I've held Senior Management positions in IT with responsibilities for Training as well. I started RELATE Corporation in 1984, and it continues strong today. My focus then was to provide Technical and Training services with an emphasis on building relationships and trust with our clients. We currently provide innovative solutions to e-Learning and video production projects.

What differentiates my approach is that I always look at the business practices and operational issues in determining solutions. I'm fortunate to have walked the halls of many large global companies and to have made a difference in what they do.

Aside from the tech world, I've been a practicing martial artist from a very early age to the present. This led to studies in Learning, Neuroscience, Consciousness and more.

I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We immigrated to the USA when I was three. I am fully bilingual in Spanish and English. I grew up in New York and Los Angeles, where I live near to now.

For more than a decade, I've been broadcasting and hosting shows on YouTube and Vimeo such as eLearnChat, Life Edge and Tech Down Over. (More shows to come!) This came from a background in directing and shooting corporate videos and digital learning courses.
