Another wonderful masterpiece. The dialogues are well written, and I’m sure that they are even better when you understand Russian.
I like that despise the setting being quite simple, you leave the movie with a lot more thoughts than the majority of more « impressive » stuff that comes out now.
Fascinating.funny.passionate.chaotic.beautiful...Thank you ,it was .very enjoyable...

Ответитьoh this is masterpieces. How can they make the quality cast like this, even nowaday with a ton of money we dont have these actors and actresses so talent like this .
ОтветитьГениальная постановка!
Ответитьthese chekov people really needed to get a job or at least a hobby.
ОтветитьSacha's speech at the end is quite incredible.
Ответить1.10.23._Mikhail (the married schoolmaster): "Doing all this with European self-conceit, though we remain on the Asian level"._The eternal topic of the Russian Literature since Pushkin: the contradiction between the European culture that the Russian bourgeoisie and aristocracy wanted (especially the French culture) and the Russian being.
At the end of the movie appears the essence of the story: the love and the compassion (and the hope in other stories of Chekhov) can save us from our existential void.
I suppose that the aria "Una furtiva lacrima" from "L'elisir d'amore" of Gaetano Donizetti is sung by Luciano Pavarotti. There is an anomaly because the story happens at the beginning of the 20th century. It is a poetic license. Anyway, Pavarotti was the greatest Italian tenor of the second half of the 20th century: ergo, the greatest tenor in the World of the second half of the 20th century.
Este posibil să activați traducerea automată în limba română ?un film minunat! Mulțumesc!
ОтветитьI need subtitles in Spanish for this magnificent work 😓
ОтветитьWonderful film. Trevor Griffiths wrote a play called "Piano" based on this film, I saw it at the NT probably 30+ years ago, I'll read it again.
ОтветитьChekhov knows how to get under your skin. Great film.
ОтветитьThe best movie I've seen. The failed drowning finale was exceptional 🙂.... . Exceptional actors!
ОтветитьLovely work. The costumes are great!
ОтветитьSpecibo Mosfilm. Another great film. I don't know much about Chekhov, he's Russian and a great writer. The ending, so good. The kids problem is the sunshine. Love it.
