WOW - that bag is stunning!! So excited for you!! Would love to see a video with mod shots and what fits in the bag - plus your review! I wonder if it will keep its shape? Maybe a thicker foam insert to use for storage would be good? It's such a beautiful bag!!! As for the little side pockets, you could place your keys in there, so they won't scratch your phone or the canvas sides of the bag. You could also throw tissue in there or a mirror and a lip balm as well. I actually think the pockets are nice. I'm surprised the interior isn't a bit more lux and twill was used as opposed to a more lux fabric....or something with a pop of orange. It's a stunning bag and I love the matte black!!
