I watched Summerville closely following rumours when Leeds came to the LS in last game of that season. To be honest I didn’t rate him, there was no motivation and he gave in far too easily. Towards the end of the game, Rice & Paqueta were doing their tricks ‘n flicks without any attempt to stop their showboating.
To be worth that kind of money I would expect far more commitment, regardless of the score line.

Summerville looks decent and is going to be overpriced by Leeds at least 25-30mil. I feel his tricks wont be Prem worthy, he'll end up being another Benny, looked good in the Championship but didnt work in the Prem. I personally prefer Jota Silva or Jack clarke no fuss, show a trick and gone by there man. Im actually waiting to see who we'll get in as our left winger as they may be last transfer we do as Timmy and J-Lops are obviously prioritising a striker, LCB and a right back. Hopefully we get a few signings done soon as all these speculations and guessing is killing me. COYI

Im finding this window very underwhelming so far. Its hard to know which target is genuine or just a rumour, but I thought we would be going after a better calibre of player overall. Summerville is a brilliant Championship player but won't be a brilliant premiership player in my opinion. Don't think he's worth more than 20 million.

I think wingers by their very nature are inconsistent. I bakayo Saka is supposedly the best right winger in England, but he’s anonymous for at least a third of the season. I just think it’s the nature of the beast of playing on the wing. Having said that 35 million for Somerville is extremely heavy.

Saw a lot of Summerville last season and has undoubted talent and way more end product than Benrahma but can fade out of games too often - if we miss out on him, won't be too disappointed which says it all really

Jota Silva and Summerville don't make for great comparisons, they are for two different roles in the squad. One would be a starting player in the 11 and the other would be a cheap deal for a back up player (Cornet replacement). We are very short on LW players and despite what many think Kudus wont be playing out there unless we have injuries. The club are looking at multiple wingers because all of Lopetegui's systems rely on them and we don't have 2 players per role to compete with each other which is what the Coach demands. Lots more to come around this.
