Snap On model ut22k is a metal tool box and about 220.00CAD
Ответитьfeel-good video. This was a simple pleasure. Thank you.
Ответитьthe facom bt series of metal toolboxes are very good and not too pricey especially compared to this and the trusco branded ones
ОтветитьI'm struck by the juxtaposition between "made in China" and made in Jayehpan".
ОтветитьI can't believe you got a flee fry.
Ответитьwe have these in germany a lot. just in blue color
ОтветитьAve is giving Robert Downey Jr. Iron Man vibe, when he was captive and building his own iron suit prototyope
in the cave of Afghanistan or somewhere
So cool.
ОтветитьCheapest price on this box? The Museum of Modern Art Gift Shop. Go Figure.
ОтветитьReminds me of the Simpsons when the Osaka flu arrives. Open that box and it burst out.
ОтветитьDoes it come with Godzilla?
ОтветитьI enjoy a beautiful Japanese box. Ive never had one in person, but I have the internet. Most of my experience is with South East Asian boxes. I like those too. I want to go back to the Philippines to sample the quality of the boxes. Freaking Covid.
ОтветитьI had an old girlfriend named Kim Lee who had a killer toolbox...
ОтветитьAm I blind, or is gravity the only thing holding down those top flaps? I initially thought the ability to access the top trays without unfolding the whole thing is a nice feature, but then it dawned on me there didn't seem to be any catch or clasp visible.
I realize it'd be easy enough to add any number of closures myself, but if I'm gonna pay a premium for a box, I'd like it to not fail at its one job of containing things by simply being tipped over.
my mother did one when she was in highschool and i still use that box :)
ОтветитьIf you figure in the service life, it's a winner. Factor in the time wasted sourcing replacement plastic tool boxes over the years, and the thing ends up paying you.
Ответитьfurk me, its over $200 roo bucks to my door off sleezebay. i do like it though
ОтветитьTo anyone wanting to buy that (except in blue), Trusco on amazon is yer ticket. I bought it and, apart from the color, it seems the exect same, I love it
ОтветитьI've had my ST350 for the past 7 months now and I absolutely love it.
It holds way more than you'd ever expect a box of this size to hold.
I've got it completely maxed out, and it just weighed in at 23lb.
The key to it is it's height, with a regular box you still need room for the tray, I couldn't even get half as many tools in my 17" barn roof box.
Ouch! I asked myself how much could it possibly be. Though, was a little put off by the characterisation of it as being pricy.
Click, click, clack, clack, clack. Whaaaaaat!? 2 hundred and 18 doll-hairs. Jeebus.
Ooh. Hang on - there's a price in Yen too. Hmm 45 hundred Yen. Whassat in Aussie pesos? AUD $55.72
And again Amazon, at 4 times the cost of the manufacturer's website - I'd cordially like to invite you to go make babies with yourself.. Are you lot good for anything!?
The manufacturer will supply and send it to me for $55.72 + $61.91 shipping
used to be made made to be used
ОтветитьI was reminded of this video when a friend showed me a basic 2 level Snap-On metal toolbox is $357. Insane. You can get this for $62 on Amazon.
ОтветитьI honestly like my Dinsel roll boxes better than anything and they are made very well. The box here is very nice as well.
ОтветитьHey AvE, what website do you buy your Japanese tools through? Thanks for the videos
Ответитьi have a tool box like this but it's gray and maybe a little bigger and i think made in USA a long time ago. been in use for years
ОтветитьLove it but I'd use it as a tackle box
ОтветитьThanks for the video. I was looking for a metal toolbox but didn't know a good brand from a cheap brand. This video gave me a good starting point for my shopping.
ОтветитьCan you do a tohnichi torque wrench review if you come across one because I think that would be cool
ОтветитьThat's how invasive species happen.
ОтветитьHow’ve the spot welds held up? Always a little worried when I see small tacks holding something together
ОтветитьЗачетный чумадан!
ОтветитьI'm a glazier. Been using Toyo glass cutters for twenty years. There are no replacements. Good metal toolboxes are Kennedys.....if you can find them.
ОтветитьGirlfriend got this for me for my birthday, brought a tear to my eye. She’s such a fucken good lad, I’m a very lucky man
ОтветитьThink you might be impressed with a gedore cantilever tool box. Best ones around last forever real quality made in Austria.
ОтветитьMan has obviously never heard of kennedy brand
ОтветитьI don't know if you have farm auctions up there, but there are some GREAT toolboxes in those sales of old retiring farmers stuff. I'd HIGHLY recommend going to a few of those if you ever have a chance. If you ever do, be sure to make a video.
ОтветитьFlaherty Mfg was out of Hamilton and made beautiful steel boxes like this. You can still find them at antique stores in Ontario. I have 3 as it was my grandfather's business.
ОтветитьThis box also is sold under the name Trusco. I bought a perfect one that was an Amzn return for 50 bucks. Very happy with it.
Ответитьrecycle metal tin mix with lead
Ответитьincludes japanese fly
ОтветитьImported Fly😂
ОтветитьOn the topic of made in Canaderp, you should review the Henson razors. I just bought a mini Toyo steel box to put mine in.
Ответить“Founded in 1969, Toyo Steel was the first company in the world to successfully develop a technology that allows a seamless steel toolbox to be made from a single sheet of steel.
Toyo Steel started as a manufacturer of industrial products for professional tools. In addition to industrial customers, the design of the toolboxes is highly appreciated by a public with a strong aesthetic sense, such as the MoMA Design Store, Merci, Manufactum, Modulor, Vitra Design Museum and many others.”
Seems rather thin. I hang onto my original Kennedy cantilever.
ОтветитьI thinking about getting the Trusco version for about $20 less
ОтветитьI just got my Trusco ST-350, T-150 and T-15 in blue, man o man are they beautiful, and rock solid and sorta heavy, love'em. I think Ima start them out on tackle box duty
ОтветитьYou should check out Tool Crown they are Canadian made tool storage cabinets
ОтветитьFour years late to this, but I remember in the 70's, 'Made in Japan' had the same reaction as 'Made in China' does now.
ОтветитьThat fly made it through without having to go through Customs! Just add water and you've got Mothra!
