I would go ahead and get the Septic Tank ought and brought out. Clear the plot for the tank and drainage field, but not dig the trenches or hole for tank. Then you can have stone delivered and the drainage hoses on-site waiting for a dry two day window! Will you be able to set the tank or will you use a contractor? I know you are really looking forward to this phase being done! It is so close!

Greetings from Northeast Ohio. I have to say David, that I admire your relationship with Levi. You certainly were a miracle that came into this little boy’s life. Levi, you are a fine young man. I have six grandsons from the age of 17 to 28 and they are all just like you. Three of my grandsons have graduated college, one is a senior in college and two are juniors in high school. My two granddaughters are also in college. One a senior and one a sophomore.
