i think its kind of cruel to put the crab into the oven when its still alive, and also just cut open the sea urchins or whatever that spiky thing is while its still living... that is really not necessary. im sure there are other ways to do it, or other things to eat...

Back whenever I was younger, my grandma had those tiny cucumbers in her backyard growing wild and me and my friends would eat them til we got sick. They were incredible!

Why are the fish so small, that is not sustainable they haven’t even had a chance to breed. I would expect more from a 3 star restaurant
