It's got an old-school Top Gear vibe. Top gear was about 3 blokes having a laugh first, and cars were their shared interest. This has the exact same feeling, just with food as the shared interest. It's great to see the other side to Gorden .

Also love seeing Fred leading the staff, he does drinks, front of house welcoming guests and leads the waiting staff, also while he isn't as strict as Gordon he leads with no nonsense, absolutely professional.
