Market got spooked by media and Brandon on Friday. It will go even higher. They don't want to see commodities to go higher that's why they made up a fake story about Iran! Iran doesn't want war!

This should be a 10 min show. One minute each graph, tweet or news article. disclaimer in the description, no need to repeat 5 minutes disclaimers.

I'll put in the good word regarding the newsletter. Been a subscriber for about 1.5 years now, it's well worth the money.
Also, the discord community has resulted in a quite a few ideas.

Your content getting better and better, John. If you're reading this and aren't subbed to John's service, you're missing out. He's been over the target for years. We're in the early stages of a commodities bull market, and John is one of few I support in terms of paid information.

Keep up the great work. Couldn't agree more with your sentiments (investing and otherwise). A breath of fresh air.
Cheers,
Justin

They need everything they can throw at the grid with manufacturing coming back to the u.s. while solar electrons to away. I expect a disaster.

“Porridge brain”! Guy in the comments that wants a speedier podcast. Put your joystick down for :5 seconds and concentrate. Excellent episode once again. Nice to see Justin chime in with a comment. Gas is $1.70 where I am in Canada. $2.00 this summer. Lower ore grades as mines mature will bode well for Copper…and all other industrials.

Solar: Farms are BS, however would solar not be much better if intergrated into the fabric of buildings? photovolcaic (right word?) would be magical for households and building premesis. The tech is there and there would be an entire manufacturing, logistical chain, instelation and maintaining requirements would increase jobs...valid futureproof work for an army of workers. The same extends to wind power huge 100 meter wind generators arent the only viable tech available.

I really don’t buy the copper bull thesis. EVs aren’t going to grow like people are modeling. Definitely won’t grow when we enter a massive recession. Green power only works with high government incentives and low rates. Plus so much copper is recycled and demand for copper for home construction going to like zero as pex becomes the piping of choice. I could be wrong.

Excellent video as always John,
I share the same sentiments regarding China and of course resources right now,
glad to see someone else noticing how ridiculously cheap China is - buying quite a bit on the HKex recently. Will look into UK stocks a bit more, have neglected research in Europe the last 5 months or so as I've had other priorities.

Some amazing Chinese energy and tech trading near P/B or below, some with more than their entire marketcap in net cash, truly absurd market right now...meanwhile US tech is sky-high.

In the end we are just powering a mass of dumb people... I just saw a post that someone was asking AI all sorts of basic stupid questions "learning from AI" when they just basically didnt learn these things the normal way.... or googling something....

We used to teach computers basic info 1011001011010 ... today we have people asking "AI" ( a kind of dumb computer knowledge ) to teach us !!! :( ... but using a tonne of resources per question, so basically we are powering stupidity / laziness

Are we really advancing civilization with AI as a whole ??? probably overall NOT right now .... the world might be better off to take things slower
