Apparently Blender has plugins that will allow most of this. I'm looking into this now so I can't say more than that, but Blender is hands down the most powerful content creation tool and its open source, so therefore free.

Character good, voice good, animation though = some good, some awful. I don't think avatars are 'there' yet for the most part, but they're good if you want something strongly fake.

Actually, I've been dealing with computer-generated voices. Do the programs like hers well for a very long time? And I'm also a very well trained observer So I can recognize a computer voice whenever I hear one
