Ответитьhey!! followed ur recipe and it tasted decent but they werent fudgy at all like urs in the video. can u tell me what exactlt i did wrong? for context, i reduced the quantity of the ingrediants and quartered it. i added the oil and sugar and vanilla essence, I think I added a bit too much vanilla. Then mixed it, then i added an egg (that i took out the refrigerator but i let it sit out for 30 mins so it reaches room temp) then i beat the mixture or about 7-8 mins ( i did it by hand hence why i did it longer) i dont know if i shouldve beated it more but it did change colour a bit and looked incorprated. Then i mixed my dry ingrediants in 2 batches into the wet ones and mixed it. my batter came out to be thinner so im guessinf i shouldve added more flour but i didnt realise till pouring it out. i used an airfryer for baking that was preheated for 2-3 mins at approx 180°c , about 5 mins after baking the top was never crinkly it was more cakey like soft on top. I thought it was undercooked and so i baked it a bit more and then i took it out, same texture just a bit more baked. It wasnt exactly too cakey but idk im just a beginner wanting help would appreciare it if u could help❤❤

ОтветитьI am not certain what happened to my mix. I followed your instructions to the letter and the batter was super thick; I could barely stir it. I had to add more oil, some milk, brown butter and more sugar. It finally became a decent consistency. I also added some chocolate chips and walnuts! We'll see. 😮

The only things I changed was Adding chopped Chocolate and brew Coffee and pour it to mass.
It became moist and Rich in flavour

ОтветитьFun fact if you don’t have any coco powder (like me 😭) you can use hot cocoa mix just add double cocoa, and half sugar:)

ОтветитьEverything was looking good, they smell awesome, but at 2 minutes of baking they detonated aggressively. Explosion shockwave cracked oven window and destroyed heater element completely. It also send half of pound of sugary substance all over across my kitchen and now ants are gonna literally eat me. But besides that, this recipe is great, 10/10!
