Yaar I am noticing that log bol rahe hai IIT matters because he cracked UPSC but ek baar soccho to ki dono mein kitna difference hai ? It completely depends on the potential tendency and hardwork of the asparaint and it never matters that he is an IITian . He had the tendency that he cracked both with flying colours.
