I’m the one who minds their own business but wonders about the others and their safety and skill level and if I will make it out alive 😳. I don’t go anymore because of the wackos.
ОтветитьEuropean 😔
ОтветитьHoly shit I think I may be a gun hipster…
ОтветитьAm the one that ask to show me your gun and after that buyed from you
ОтветитьI'm a total "Wifey" 🤣 Whether it's chess, auto mechanics, or firearms. That's me all over.
ОтветитьGlad I've never been to a civilian range, but I've been to ranges with British soilders and they flag Americans like you're playing flag football.
ОтветитьEducational and HILARIOUS!!! I know quite a few folks who can learn from this video. Great work!
ОтветитьThe one wants to be left alone
ОтветитьWhich range personality is Señor C. Noir? And… What about the intermediate to professional range personality? You know, the one who simply wants to keep their chops and not have any social (verbal) interactions while sharpening their tools.
ОтветитьLoved this. A good follow up would be "How to not look like jerk at the Range." Mostly, I've found these types more endearing than annoying. It's when you get several of them at ones and throw is the jacked 20-something Tacti-Cool group that shows up. One range review I read indicated that this was common at that range and ended with "watch your 6!" A little tacti-cool, but stilll good advice. :D
ОтветитьAll of this has to do with how the gun range owner operates their range.
Ответитьi don't feel like i fit any of these, i sometimes shoot rapid fire if i am practicing shooting rapid fire, but for the most part i'm just trying to get something approaching grouping, the best i can say is most of my bullets hit the silhouette. but they are all over the body.
so far i have only shot 3 times though...after the first few shots i stop flinching before i pull the trigger, and after my first time shooting i stopping being as much of a nervous wreck shooting.
Back when a man dressing up as a woman was just a joke 😂
ОтветитьI subscribed just for the great descriptions, particularly the flashy guy. LOL
ОтветитьWe actually brought up this video on our last episode! Thanks for this Colion!
ОтветитьOMG, that's a definite depiction at the range
Ответить7 types of people at the gun range that you dont like, would be a more accurate title.
ОтветитьWhat about the guy that is still learning but mostly leaves people alone
ОтветитьSo ... don`t use the trigger for a finger rest?😝
ОтветитьAs a CZ owner I felt that hipster part.
ОтветитьDon’t know my personality yet but ready to see the diversity in the range 🤝😂
ОтветитьI typically just practice in quiet. I view it like the gym, I am there to practice and improve and not chat. Not a single clue what type that makes me I just like my quiet.
ОтветитьLast time I was at the range there was a slightly older couple next to me and my grandpa. They noticed that I was struggling with loading bullets on the mag of the glock I was using. The guy offered to let me use his mag loading device and then was talking to my grandpa and I about the guns we were using. We talked about how I didn’t enjoy shooting that glock and they said the ladies gun she was using was perfect for someone like me and told me to try it. I shot a few bullets and liked the gun better. They gave me a list of guns to look at when buying my own and when we left they gave me the ammo loader tool. I felt pretty bad about shooting some of their ammo and offered some in exchange but they said they were happy to get young girls into shooting more and left. Honestly really sweet couple
ОтветитьI hope none but now I'm questioning
ОтветитьWhen I go to the range I only interact with the instructor. I don’t allow anyone to approach me, ever
Ответитьthis is so accurate
ОтветитьThis is one of the reasons I don't go to ranges, the people!
ОтветитьIf you have some particular gun or maybe an optic I’m interested in, I may ask to shoot it. But at least trade ammo for it.
ОтветитьIs that frisco? Lol
ОтветитьIf only you made one of these based on those who go out shooting out in the desert types.
ОтветитьExcellent presentation!
ОтветитьWent to a gun range for the first time the other in GA, went in alone, browsed a little , rented a Glock 19 and a booth and it was fun!
ОтветитьWhen I am asked can I shoot it. I say if you feed it you can shoot it.
ОтветитьExcellent video!
ОтветитьWent to an indoor range for the first time on my birthday a few years back.
Fired a 9mm Glock, the FN 57(was probably the coolest to shoot) a 5.56 rifle, a 7.62 rifle, and ended with shooting the FN P90 since we still had some of the ammunition it uses left over.
Was a great time, but halfway through the visit 2 guys show up with big gun bags meaning they had brought their own firearms and looked at me and my friends who were renting guns like we weren't supposed to be there or something...
Between the 2 of them they proceeded to shoot almost 1000 rounds full auto in about 5 minutes.
We pretty much had to stop and go into the dealer shop to walk around and browse the store because you couldn't even hear yourself think.
They were there for 20 minutes altogether, shot 1000 rounds and left..
Afterwords one the employees came up to me and was apologizing and at the time I was having fun and just brushed it off like "yea I understand man, I get it, etc)
He then told me the main reason they let them do that it is because they spend over $1,000 on bullets every time they are at the range lol.
how about the guy that shoots safe. ??? always has his gun pointed down range, keeps finger off the trigger till he's on target, has the breach open, the safety on when he lays his gun down, the madizine removed. and reports safety violations to the rangemaster.
ОтветитьI never talk to anyone in the range, because I think is disrespectful. After all you go there to practice.
And I always wear body armor, because of the Safety Violator.
You forgot the mil surplus guy with better groups with irons than the tacticool bros with eotechs
ОтветитьI watched this video before I started shooting at public ranges. Didn't think much of it.
Now, I am wifey and shoot at a public indoor range with my CZ pistol and I find all of this quite funny and relatable.
None of them
ОтветитьThat is kind of funny but I don't see myself fitting into any of those
ОтветитьYou nailed the one w the guy who snapchats everything at the range 🤣🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьNot one lie told!😂😂😂
ОтветитьI notice you didn't mention the shooter who says "get out of my space."
Pay $1.00 per round and I'll let you shoot my iron. You're right, ammo is so expensive.
Unless I have my instructor, and I need one, you can't and won't show or tell me anything. Still waiting for an instructor to call me for some ar instruction.
I'm the in and out fast guy. I want to confirm my RDS is zeroed and be on my way. I'd rather converse with the staff at the counter (if they're friendly) and catch up with them.
ОтветитьDon't get it, what's wrong with CZ?
ОтветитьUpdate
