First. Also set looking goooooooooood
ОтветитьNice, but you could do with making some more sets which use TTS pre-fitted engines and DCC select controllers
ОтветитьIt's nice, but for me nothing beats the magic of Santa's Express.
ОтветитьLoving the music references you've made with the names of the engine & mining company
ОтветитьGreat product for stater kits with the new MagLite’s inside
ОтветитьSuper starter set but they need updating to the digital age.
ОтветитьI'm glad I'm not the person who has to keep making up new names for these starter sets. Wonder what the next one will be called, Valley Rambler, Highland Drifter, Highland Flinger?
ОтветитьNice update today
Ответитьhmm looks like santa's express
ОтветитьI like these little sets but I do feel that these little 0-4-0 locomotives need to be given a digital interface. Also the old Class 0F pug need to be upgraded to the digital age. Most of the Railroad range is DCC ready and there are smaller locomotives like the Ruston 48 and Peckett that are DCC ready.
Ответитьnice little set would be nice to have them DCC ready.
ОтветитьNice but it wasn't sliding around the track he he
ОтветитьPity there's not a couple of Toyah milk tankers!
ОтветитьI have various bits of KC memorabilia, ...... this is now added to the collection. :-)
ОтветитьNice
ОтветитьLooks a lot like my Hornby Santa Express
ОтветитьI've got that 040 loco blue diamond it's a old train been out a bit different colour
ОтветитьThe guy showing us the stuff:
Meanwhile the music at the background: rock or heavy metal or what idk
I recently bought the Valley Drifter set. It goes perfectly with the Santa Express. They certainly stimulate the imagination and make a great less-serious side to railway modeling. I would like to suggest an expansion to these sets by the production of the Railroad four wheeled coaches in the same red livery and perhaps have individual reindeer nameplates, such as 'Rudolph' 'Blitzen' and the rest, thus making up a passenger Santa Express train. It would be interesting when trying to collect the full set of coaches. A Train pack would be even better.
I like the 101 type locos and have most of the GWR running numbers. I would want to collect different red liveried and named locos too.
Great video hornby Iv.e just subscribe to your channel hope this helps you out if I may ask were can I buy a hornby set of my own😊👍👍💜💜💜
ОтветитьI have that
ОтветитьI got that train
ОтветитьWho are you trying to convince that this is a quality product? The loco and the rolling stock are made from old tooling that is frankly very poor in today's market compare with the likes of Bachmann, Accurascale, Dapol etc etc. Hornby are charging huge prices for sub-standard models. Overall very poor.
ОтветитьCan you ron hornby trains in the usa
ОтветитьI see it includes the mutated RCH 7-plank wagon with backwards sides that was originally made for the Thomas clockwork range 😛
Looking at the GWR 101 with those colors affirms my opinion that Hornby really missed a trick by not doing Lady for their Thomas range to tie in with TatMR. Even if they didn't want to make a new tooling, the 101 could have been passably dolled up as her.
I have to roll my eyes at the number of comments whinging about the lack of DCC fitting/readiness. DCC has its uses, but it's not the be-all end-all. And in this sort of set all it would do is drive up the price.
Strictly speaking, that's a railer, not a re-railer.
Are you guys gonna make affordable locomotives anytime soon(like under 30 dollars)
ОтветитьOK, I understand the reference to Robert Fripp and his prog rock band King Crimson but where does Valley Drifter fit in with that?
ОтветитьI can't wait to start my hornby be journey with this on Christmas day of 2024 for those further in the future I love hornby some much it will be to my heart regardless the downsides
Ответить
