ОтветитьI really liked this workout especially how you organized it, when I got to the end of the first round I REALLY didn’t want to finish the workout but I told myself I’ll do the next set and if it’s too much then I’ll stop. But then I ended up finishing the second round too! So the way you organized it helped me to keep going! Thank you!

ОтветитьDid anyone see results with this workout? I've been following Maddie for quite some time now and all her workouts are amazing, but this one's really important since I have hilariously short and fat/round legs (like a baby elephant's) and I really want to pick an everyday exercise wisely.
