The best way is actually those 2 methods combined. Put the jeans on and fasten fully etc, then use aspray bottle of luke warm water with atiny bit of fabric softener added to help soften the fibers to stretch better , then stretch yourbody like you showed us and do thatalot as much as u want , then take the jeans off and hang dry them . 👌🏼

Important part is if it's 100% cotton don't expect miracles, if it's lycra 20-30% then you are good to go can stretch couple of inches.
