Make sure you turn World and weapon motion blur off and the grain.
Also Theirs a setting called automatic tactical sprint which is much better than manually.

Also theirs a sprint delay setting which you wanna turn down to zero.

im a call of duty nerd so these basic settings should help :P

the best perks for smgs are

Dexterity And Double time (the middle perk is really whatever you fancy)

You can also use Perk Greed wildcard For an extra TWO for the speciality perk and an extra if you want it.

I use the gunfighter WILDCARD as it lets you add 8 Attachments.
