i think a upgraded vader suit would be something like darth malgus suit + sith stalker suit
the helmet would be more stetic thing or for go out space
the suit would allow vader to have the same flexibility and agility anakin had a removable cape for fights
the suit would had 3 inner modes berserker mode it will put spikes on vader to gave him pain and increase his rage and power
bacta healing mode it injects bacta to vader after using the berserker mode
meditation/base it doenst gave pain so he can thing properly or meditate or sleep better

I feel like the cosmic force has a failsafe of some kind, so that should the force ever be thrown so catastrophically out of balance that there would be no hope of balance being restored by mortal beings such individuals like Luke, obi wan ect. I'm not sure what the failsafe would be like, maybe a perfect force users would rise. A being so powerful that perhaps the best way to describe their power would be doom slayer with the force or an ancient force god will come to aggressively restore balance. Just an idea.

Ultimately I think that if Vader upgraded he would of openly challenged Sidious and died for it. (eventually when Sidious bored of torturing him)
