ОтветитьAnna I'm a young dancer and gymnast who has been dancing since they were 3 and doing gymnastics for around 6 months and I'm a level 2 gymnast who is quarter the way until level 3 so these stretches will really help me get to level 3!
ОтветитьI had my split in my right leg and almost left leg and than my school dance teacher who has no idea what she’s doing told me to do my round off split without being stretched I pulled a muscle in my right leg and lost a ton of flexibility in it and now my left leg is more flexible everytime i try to do my splits or stretch my right leg I get sharp pains I’m trying to get my flexibility back now bc it stopped hurting I’ll update yall
