There is no ethnicity called black oe white or coloured.
People are refered to as
Black Americans and
Americans
The Caucasian never refer to themselves as Caucasian
Americans.
They just say they are Americans, everybody alse must have an ethnicity adjective added for description

The melinated people who were taken on ships from their home in Africa to the west were not taken as slaves. It was a genocide that took place, killing everything except their bodies. The actions carried out was an experiment to kill their spirit and psyche and eradicate all knowledge and history of them. Andd also steal what belonged to them their land.

This is a good documentary and showing how far Ghana has come after slavery and the life of AA and yet most of the videos are not showing any of the many beautiful places of Ghana.

Disgrace 😔🌠 many diaspora return home 🏠 and are violated. Land taken murdered while people who shed african blood are at home indians lebanon and chinese and europeans. Not one news report of people who died and land taken.

We are not interested in home coming ceremonies, we are primarily interested in FULL Citizenship (To include voting rights and competing for political office). Then and ONLY then could we say that we are, at long last, "welcome home". To move to an African county and not be granted equal citizenship is both an insult and foolish, for one can only pay taxes and be financially exploited by the Govt of that nation.

The twisted Irony is that African immigrants can move to the U.S (for a better life) and obtain Full citizenship in a relatively short period of time, meanwhile, there are African Americans whom have lived in Ghana for more than 30-40 years and have not been granted "full" citizenship. These people have contributed to that country in ways that native born Ghanaians who left for western nation would never consider.

This needs to change.

The ones who will make the country a better place will stay, and the ones who won't will leave.

But when you speak English In Ghana like you are educated in Oxford you get applauds from the locals and you move up the social hierarchy quickly.

Your African ancestors were forced to build that land in America during the harsh and hostile conditions of slavery.
Instead of telling them to come home to Ghana and Africa, the Motherland, you are telling them to stay because your ancestors blood is on that land.

The problem with so many people returning is they mainly reside in one of 2 cities - in this case Accra. You need to convince natives to accept strangers - you end up creating inflation with people having Euros,$,£ to spend whilst many others survive on weak currency.
