ОтветитьI am strong enough to do 7 good form pull ups and good form dips but the problem I have is that the bar at my home has a captain’s car which gets in the way of my swing and the ceiling is short and the gym ceiling is also short and so I need to find a bar outside that will do so

Was no where close to getting it, but after this video I was able to get it on the third try.
You hit the nail on the head with me trying to do a regular pull up to my chest first rather than pulling straight to my hips.
