the era of tuning is just beginning. its NOT illegal for me to tune my car because the key words are "my car". if the nazis at the epa who ONLY damage the environment dont want me to tune my car, they'll buy me the car, pay for the gas, license plates, and all maintenance/consumable items (breaks tires oil changes) and theyll pay rent for it to sit in my driveway and theyll pay me a salary to drive it. until then ill be tuning whatever the fuck i want, how ever i want, whenever i want. and theyll like it or we can have a gun fight.

Honestly, the EPA can go fly a kite they're a bunch of Thieves, and they don't help the country that much they just hurt small businesses!

The E.P.A. is Not a legitimate agency. Its not constitutional. Their authority is null and void over private property. Fictitious Fraudulent and Felonius. Their mandates dont help the environment or the economy. No one owes them a check on the first and fifteenth.

Why not swap out the ecu for an aftermarket one?

The environment is not the goal, cars are just an easy scapegoat. The largest 2 cruise ships in the ocean have the same emissions as every single car in Europe.

Stand alone ECU and you are good to go.

USA and canada have are own problems within our countries but instead of fixing our issues we waste tax payers money but sending them millions. As of now, California regulations are stupid... As select states elsewhere vary on what is "exempt".
a 1976 Dodge pickup is exempt in the state of North Carolina and several other states from both smog and State inspections
However in California, it will not pass either due to the vehicle not being equipped with smog equipment from the factory. Its funny having been pulled over with out of state tags, with a CA license, and they do nothing, yet I still hop online and pay the registration (covid made that option very nice)

So wait, this has me confused. I have a 50th Anniversary Edition Camaro 2SS, a 2017 model... These Gen 6, as well as Gen 5 Camaros all get tuned ALL the time without issue (I do not live in California).. According to what this video says, and I am sure I am understanding INCORRECTLY, but I would think that my car being tuned was "difficult" as well as illegal? Doesn't make sense here unless we're strictly talking Cali certified vehicles.
