ОтветитьI do declined situps, now with 35lb dumbell for 20 reps 3 times and lighter (100 lb) back extensions 3 times, 3 sets. every other day for back pain. No more back pain. 🙂👍

ОтветитьYeah that's right, if that's muscle don't work you guarantee back hernia, I got the same so I started training that back muscles and masaj no the pain is gone I feel better

ОтветитьI hurt my back last year when I tried to do a kind of somersault and since then I have a back lower pain which has continued until now. I got checked by X-ray and bones are really ok, Therapist said it is the incorrect way I stand and walk (which I also think it is true but that was a previous problem anyway) and no exercise has helped me yet, now a pain in my knees and feet started and I really don't know what to do 😢😢worst part is I am outside of my country now....
I'll try this exercise but I have no hope😢.
Wow, I must have the weakest glutes on earth, this is actually really hard for me to do and I can notice my lower back trying to take over for the glutes instead. lol

ОтветитьJeff, thank you so much. I feel like you’ve saved my life. i’m 14 years old, i lift for about 1.5 year now and my back pain was horrible for about 4 months. I’m doing this exercise for 3 weeks now and i feel lot better, i can finally run, jump and get up from bed without any pain in my back. Your videos also helped me with knee pain, shoulder pain and technique. Thank you Jeff❤

Ответитьinjured my lower back 7 months ago. Got it back to bearable pain a couple of weeks later with physio but was still stiff for all those months until i done this exercise for 2 weeks!!
