Mukti looks like a Kennedy.

ОтветитьI do not feel Mukti has the level of realization Adyashanti has. It seems bizarrely coincidental that she would have an enlightenment experience shortly after his. I don't think she's lying, just speaking at cross-purposes.
ОтветитьThe creation responds
ОтветитьThank you 🦋
ОтветитьThis is so beautiful, thankyou Renate and Multi - Wonderful insights, and powerful felt experience.🙏❤️🌞💞
Ответитьterrific interview! Thank you Mukti for sharing your experience of awareness.
ОтветитьBeautiful 💖
ОтветитьI love how unassuming she appears..in the beginning ..she was never on a relentless pursuit of enlightenment..there are no big moments, no suffering, no transformative moments...yet when she explained embodiment ..and stillness, rest ...it's so profound ...it is as if she is untouched by her own profound journey...it just happened gracefully, slowly.. unintentionally
ОтветитьWell "done".
ОтветитьMukti is a lovely person but I can't feel her.I sort of need more specific ,concrete experience.i say this with care. Thanks you
ОтветитьMukti is accomplished by engaging yourself in the following until Mukti becomes in you...
An individual's mind does not get made-up with that individual’s enlightenment, it gets made-open…
When an individual’s mind gets made-open by the truth, he or she discerns how silly an individual is who has his or her mind made-up…
Enlightenment is nothing less and nothing more than the process of unendarkening yourself.
Enlightenment is nothing less and nothing more than the process of removing from your subconscious mind the biases and influences you received and accepted as knowledge in your youthful and formative years.
Enlightenment does not involve a human concept of a god, or of mysticism, or of spirituality, or of magic, or of a supernatural anything.
Unendarkenment is only possible by practicing the utilization of your own ‘’genius’’ capable reasoning and logic faculties, your own ‘’genius’’ capable conscience, and your own ‘’genius’’ capable common sense.

Mukti is so eloquent when speaking about embodiment and the felt experience in the different centers in the body and how awakening on the level of mind is experienced as "I am nothing", the heart as "I am Everything", and the lower belly as stillness, cessation of any identification or references, prior to nothing or everything. I loved the delightful apparent paradox in what she said about the lower belly as a gateway to stillness, because as the second chakra it is also spoken about in very different if not opposite terms. I find that the belly habitually contracts against stillness and this (((((unknown))))) groundless ground of infinitude - and when relaxing it, there is this stillness that I hear/feel her describing - and a healing Intelligence that dances and acts from this stillness. I find this a powerful example of how the key to liberation can be found within the apparent obstacle. Beautiful. Thank you.
ОтветитьI am ashamed to say that I have been avoiding female spiritual teachers for years...and I am getting over this by deliberately accessing their teachings. (I myself am a woman.) There is no excuse for this prejudice, since my own first Zen teacher from years ago is the same that guided Adyashanti for 14 years is a woman. I sometimes feel that females are more "lightweight" and are satisfied with a shallow adjustment rather than a deep realization. Frankly, there are too many pop-spiritual books out here on one tiny topic each. (Apparently they get published because they sell.) Anyway I am now getting over my prejudice and engaging in serious spiritual practice. Mukti is a delightful new discovery! What a profound voice....
ОтветитьBoth Mukti and Adya's words are music to my ears. I gained a lot from this interview. Thanks so much!
ОтветитьBeautiful description of nirvana and embodiment. Thank you.
Ответитьthank you for seeing that :)
ОтветитьAt about 01:38 - 02:00, Renate explains that we hear countless stories of men's awakening experience, but very few stories about women's awakening experience. Since women and men may experience differently, it's important for women to hear stories that are representative and reflect our own.
Ответитьwhy this gender fixation? most guys dont mention it, but women take it up all the time.
ОтветитьThank you Mukti and Renate, just beautiful!
Ответитьwhat an utterly beautiful communication..
ОтветитьYou are both exquisite. Beautiful!
