That is one beautiful patio. Exceptional job.
ОтветитьHI! mONICA from the philippines how i wish you can go here and renovate my home..GODBLESS
ОтветитьWhat happened to the swing? 😔
ОтветитьNow they just need to do something with that backyard. They're not done yet. Lol.
Love the idea of what y'all did making those windows & curtains. Now it really looks like a sunroom cuz sunrooms technically have windows. Love the floors too. Don't really like the table or that rope project that much. But that's just my opinion. I have a more high-end modern/contemporary style.
How do you make any money???
ОтветитьShower curtains would have done it too for the curtains. Trust me you would be surprised
ОтветитьI love it and i also live in florida. Great ideas
ОтветитьWood is expensive. All of that under $100? No way.
ОтветитьI need the link to that flooring please
ОтветитьPretty nice
ОтветитьWow! What a transformation 😍
ОтветитьI spy a flaw....in this curtain solution, a curtain also needs to be in the middle to carry the design tooo ooo ooo far away looses its impact. The eye feels complete with 3. Loving your very TALENTED solutions!!! Your budget is a super plus:).
ОтветитьWow beautiful!! Great idea 👍🏽👍🏽
ОтветитьThe descriptive wine booly hum because servant increasingly jog against a green grey grieving route. demonic, efficacious step-father
ОтветитьThe deserted hot methodically stamp because puppy molecularly milk failing a angry grade. immense, unhealthy heron
ОтветитьDid someone ever got the instructions on how to make the table? I loved it
ОтветитьWhat kind of school makes you watch the Lowe's Home Improvement channel instead of making an actual lesson?
ОтветитьHow can I get Monica, to come help out with my DIY projects?
HELP!!!!!
This was very educational!!!
ОтветитьShe is amazing
ОтветитьWOW!!!
ОтветитьI want to build that table.
ОтветитьI think date night was code for nap time. They had way more energy when they returned. I can't imagine having twins.
ОтветитьI remember seeing Monica in another show, Knockoff (I hope I got the name right) with her friend, her name escapes me. I was beyond psyched when I came across Lowe’s channel. Did I mention that Lowe’s is my favorite store. ❤️❤️❤️‼️‼️
ОтветитьThis is amazing! I'm curious as to the total cost/budget was?
ОтветитьI just converted to a Lowe'sbie✌. This is definitely a God send🙏.
Ответитьok, all great, material price affordable but how much to hire such a great pro like her???the total cost?
ОтветитьWhere can I get this floor
ОтветитьGreat team
Ответить💖💖💖
ОтветитьWow !!! Just wow !!! I'm in the same situation; lovely new home, empty, drab-looking sun room. I have my work cut out for me 😪😳😊
ОтветитьCan you please 🙏🙏🙏 help my son David upgrade his backyard hehehe
ОтветитьAwesome,beautiful work,
ОтветитьExcellent results,wow!😂
ОтветитьI wish Monica can come to my house she’s Amazing and fast we just bought a house last month need help .
ОтветитьCan't get enough of Monica and the Weekender
ОтветитьEwwww disgusting
ОтветитьIs there a link for the vinyl flooring?
ОтветитьThey had a nice soft swinging bench and now it is hard and won't be as comfortable to sit on. Should have added some pillows or something soft.
ОтветитьWhere can I get the plans to build that table please ?
ОтветитьI'm binge watching these videos years later because I just recently found them. Love everything that she does.
ОтветитьThe table was great! But living in Florida especially Miami where the hurricanes hit often I don’t know about that floor. Because it’s gonna be very slippery for those children.
ОтветитьAmazing! OMG you are Amazing!
ОтветитьScrewing the breadboard ends to the table is REALLY BAD, that restricts wood movement and the table will pull itself apart in 6-12 months 😮😮😮😮
ОтветитьVery nice!
ОтветитьAnother good tip for curtains outside is to use nice looking, cloth, shower curtains. 😊
ОтветитьLove the patio Monica your awesome
ОтветитьMONICA: DIY art project request:
"Woven" rope (large dia.) -- contrast is nice, mounted/framed somehow -- nice;
For context:
In the Southwest;
Southern Utah,
100°F+ five months/year;
27-45°F winters
We're in a "leg" of Southern California's Mojave Desert, 30 min from Nev.,
15 min from Arizona; in Utah.
I've a niche above my fireplace; home built in 1989 -- lots of 80's Art Deco details; a 12' tall, arched niche over the fireplace is one:
I always wondered if there was SOMETHING(S) I could put into the niche, along it's back surface? SOMETHING to make it an interesting focal point;
I also have these weird Art Deco "cornices" at the top of every wall, except the two regular ceiling-height bedrooms (8') --
Kitchen, dining, living room & master bedroom ceilings are high and slanted; lots of ledges, an architectural portal.
Roof, outside: Terra cotta rounded half tile (Spanish Colonial Revival), white stucco.
Anyway: The never-seen-before "cornices" are stepped. There's two of them, each has softened "90°" angles -- not angle-angled like traditional cornices.
Imagine a 6x9 timber board, covered w drywall mud, textured w orange peel, all exactly like the walls.
That larger "beam", at the seam where wall-meets-ceiling (where a cornice would go!)
across the top.
Butted up to THAT: A, smaller: 5x3" maybe, w the same rounded corner/edges -- everything mudded, orange peel textured, like walls.
So the top "beam" sticks out about 2.5" MIRE, into the room, than the lower "beam".
The topmost "beam" is the Big Brother, the "beam" butted right up to it, the Baby Brother.
???
HOW WOULD YOU PAINT the ceiling, walls, and those "cornices"????
When built, painted all one color. That's how it has remained.
Can you think of a creative thing to do WITH THOSE DETAILS as-built ???
Great job 😊
