I dont remember Feral being bad in TBC (PvP wise). Its just a very challenging spec to master. The fact that you dont have a proper interrupt or MS is a big minus, and the complexity of actually having to be a dps and support in one is another thing that makes it seem like Feral is bad since many cant do it proper. Feral (As far as I remember) had amazing pvp burst and cc. In a good team you should be able to get high rating. Now if you play a Lock, or a Stunheral War is it going to be easier? 100%, but imo mastering this spec and winning with it ? Its an amazing feeling.
