I own a Tangem wallet, I'd like to take this opportunity to ask a question regarding the swap functionality within Tangem. I think it's called Tangem Express.

In particular, the functionality makes use of CEX such as Changelly, ChangeHero and ChangeNow which do not require KYC by default.

Do you (or anyone in the community) have any feedback on transaction amount thresholds that raise a flag with them to put the transaction on hold even though I know it's not the only criterion taken into account?

And any opinions on these partners?

Our issue is we are trying to swap BTC for XRP. The Tangem app will only allow us to input the number of share to swap rather than a dollar figure. We would rather say a currency rather than trying to figure out a percentage of number of crypto. How do we change it? For example I wanted to sell $300. I put in 300 and app thinks I’m selling 300 bitcoins (lol). Please advise. Thank you!!

For dome odd reason I tried swapping turbo for usdc. It would say approved then when. I check to see if the swap went through there is no transaction of available. I did this like 3 times. So I gave up. Also, when it says give permission there is a transaction and unlimited option. What does that mean? I kept picking the transaction options because I don't want to give unlimited access. Update*** I was charged eth fees but never received usdc for the turbo I swapped. I will never do that again. I'll take my chances with the exchanges I guess.

The Pondex exchange connects only the browser wallets you have installed. I cant get around it on both the PC and cell.

Hey cyberscrilla can I swap Solana based tokens for Solana in the tangem app itself? I have daddy (Andrew tates coin) and I want to go to raydium to exchange it for sol. Do I have to go to raydiums website in a separate browser or can I do it with in the tangem app?

Is it fine to connect the Tangem wallet to internet? Does this method makes it a hot wallet instead of a cold wallet?

If you swap on this wallet you are a fool! The transaction fee is so ridiculous. This card is good for one thing, storage.

Excuse my ignorance, but isnt it "bad" to connect your cold wallet to the internet via a "pondx" (in this example) in order to do swaps? If so, how do we do it "safer"? My only thought is to have at least two tangem wallets, one cold and one that you only use to connect to exchanges, but then is it "bad" since both will be available on the Tangem app? is there a risk here?

The only thing I don’t like is if I want to buy I have to use a credit card. They need to add the ability to link a bank account. Currently buying on Strike and transferring in. That’s a pain.
