Mr. Hyde looked like a typical English guy to me.

I haven't seen the show yet, or have read the story in its entirety, but I feel as though the transformation should've been a little more extended.

When you're here at normal person on internet but then again you that first cup of coffee in the morning you turn into a monster but then again you have to wait till you get to your second cup to really know how you feel

This is the most accurate Hyde I’ve seen; not big and beastly but simply ghoulish and deformed…just like the original in the book

I have to applaud the attention to detail this time around because Robert Louis Stevenson first imagined Hyde as not an oversized brute but rather a smaller, younger, ogreish character in comparison to the more robust and older Henry Jekyll. This series is the first adaptation of the story that paid attention to that one detail. And the guy playing Edward Hyde pulls off that "lost a few inches, new teeth, but hey I'm loving this! Let's go with it!" attitude .
